Rebecca Cain is a trial lawyer with a background in business administration. She has represented businesses and individuals in high-stakes disputes for over 15 years. Rebecca offers a special expertise in early case assessment, simplifying complex factual and legal issues for presentation to judge or jury, and developing comprehensive, efficient plans for mediation and litigation. Recent successes include obtaining a complete dismissal with prejudice in a multi-billion dollar class action and winning summary judgment on multi-million dollar breach of contract claim.
After graduating from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Rebecca earned a Juris Doctor degree from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Rebecca serves on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, the Arizona Women Lawyer’s Association and volunteers for the Arizona Federal Court Advice Clinic.
