Successfully prevented the release of the unedited video of international pop star Diana Ross’s encounter with Tucson police as requested by numerous media outlets. The resulting released video was described by CNN as “not very incriminating” and was the result of “good lawyering” noting that Mr. Silver “convinced the judge that there was no need to release the audio portion.”
